How does Peoples Bank collect my personal information? We collect your personal information, for example, when you

  • Write checks off of or deposit money into your Peoples Bank account

Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies. Peoples Bank does not share with affiliates.
  • Our affiliates include Peoples Insurance Agency and Tri-State Title Co.
Non‑Affiliates
Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies. Peoples Bank does not share with non-affiliates.
  • Peoples Bank does not share with non-affiliates so they can market to you.
Joint Marketing
A formal agreement between non-affiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Peoples Bank does not jointly market.
  • Peoples Bank currently does not jointly market but may in the future.
