Essential Duties

Self-motivated to develop & generate banking relationships within the Vision, Mission, Values, & Service Standards of Peoples Bank

Supervise our team of Customer Service Representatives

Originate, underwrite, approve, process, close, & maintain loan portfolio within credit quality guidelines & policies

Active involvement in the community & networking events
Requirements
-
4-year degree in business administration or related experience along with 3-5 years of prior sales experience
- Supervisory experience preferred

Detail-oriented, adaptable, & personable

Strong communication, sales, & negotiation skills

Team player able to work collaboratively with others
