Grand Opening Celebration Scheduled for October 1

Peoples Insurance and Peoples Bank Wealth Management Group are proud to announce the opening of their new office building in Rock Valley, providing expanded space to support continued growth and enhanced service to customers throughout the region.
Located directly east of Peoples Bank in Rock Valley, the new 7,670-square-foot facility brings together insurance and wealth management professionals under one roof while creating additional space for future growth. The building also includes offices for Peoples Bank Digital Banking and IT staff, collaborative workspaces, and a conference room designed to better serve customers and team members.
The new building represents a significant investment in both the future of Peoples and the communities it serves. It also follows the successful merger of Peoples Insurance and Siouxland Insurance and reflects the organization's continued growth across Northwest Iowa and surrounding areas.
“Opening this new building is an exciting milestone for our team and our customers,” said Peoples Insurance Manager Scott Mantel. “This facility allows us to bring our Rock Valley insurance employees together under one roof, strengthen collaboration, and create an even better experience for the people and businesses we serve. It reflects our long-term commitment to investing in our employees, our customers, and our communities.”
For the first time, Peoples Bank Wealth Management Group will also have a permanent presence in Rock Valley, making trust and investment services more accessible to customers in the area. The department recently surpassed $1 billion in assets under administration, underscoring the continued demand for its financial planning, trust, and investment services.
“The growth of our Wealth Management Group reflects the trust our clients place in us every day. Having a permanent Wealth Management presence in Rock Valley allows us to be even more accessible to the clients we serve,” said Executive Wealth Management Group Officer Brad Van Heuvelen.
“This new building creates opportunities for deeper relationships, more collaboration with our banking and insurance teams, and a convenient location where customers can receive personalized guidance for every stage of life,” added Peoples Financial Consultant Jonah Fedders.
To celebrate the new facility, Peoples Insurance and Peoples Bank Wealth Management Group will host a Grand Opening Celebration and Community Open House from 4:00-7:00 PM on October 1, 2026, with a Chamber Ribbon Cutting at 4:00 PM. Community members, customers, and business partners are invited to tour the new building, meet team members, and learn more about the services available. Additional event details will be announced in the coming weeks.
The opening of the new building is part of a broader enhancement plan for the Rock Valley campus. Following the move, Peoples Bank will begin remodeling its existing building to create additional offices, expanded work areas, and meeting space.
