No, My Financial Health and our budgeting feature My Money Manager are both in your Online & Mobile Banking!
My Credit Manager: What is included in the Credit Score and 3B Monitoring service?
My Financial Health provides you with your Experian, Vantage® 3.0 credit score and alerts you to changes across all three major credit bureaus—Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax—ensuring comprehensive monitoring of your credit profile.
My Credit Manager: How often is my credit score updated?
Your credit score is updated monthly. However, if you are on the Premium Plan, you will receive alerts immediately if there are any significant changes to your credit report from any of the three bureaus.
My Credit Manager: I recently applied for a loan. Why doesn’t my credit score match in Online & Mobile Banking?
This score is based on the VantageScore® 3.0 model. There are other scoring models, and the credit score provided may not be the score used by lenders to make credit decisions.
My Credit Manager: I received a credit alert that seems to be incorrect. What should I do?
Contact the appropriate credit bureau for more information.
Identity Protect¹: What does the identity protection service cover?
The free identity protection service monitors your personal information on the dark web and alerts you to potential fraud. The Premium Plan also includes services such as SSN monitoring, change of address alerts, and identity restoration support in case of identity theft.
Identity Protect: How do I know if my identity is compromised?
You will receive an alert in your entry tile anytime unauthorized or suspicious use of your personal information is detected, allowing you to take prompt action.
Identity Protect: How do I view my identity protection alerts?
From the dashboard in Online or Mobile Banking, click on “See more” within the credit and identity protection services tile and navigate to ‘Identity Alerts’ on the left-hand menu bar. Here, you can view all alerts related to your identity.
Personal Info Protect²: What is Personal Information Protection?
Personal Information Protection helps secure your personal information by identifying and removing your data from various data broker sites, minimizing your online exposure.
Personal Info Protect: How can I see where my information is exposed?
You can access a detailed summary by navigating to the Personal Info Protection view which lists all sites where your personal information has been found, along with the actions taken to remove or secure it.
Dark Web Monitoring³: What happens if my information is found on the dark web?
You’ll receive immediate alerts with guidance on how to protect your information.
Subscription Manager: How often are the subscriptions refreshed?
The subscriptions are refreshed daily for the Premium Users4 and weekly for Free Basic Users.
Subscription Manager: What types of subscriptions show up in Subscription Manager?
Subscription Manager tracks a wide range of subscriptions including streaming services, software licenses, gym memberships, and other recurring charges linked to your primary financial accounts.
Subscription Manager: What if I don’t have any subscriptions that are charged to my account?
If there are no subscriptions with the accounts that you are logged into with, the product doesn’t show any subscriptions.
Subscription Manager: How do joint accounts show up in Subscription Manager?
If there are subscriptions on accounts you are joint on, they will appear in subscription manager and show as tied to the joint account.
Subscription Manager: How is data pulled?
Data is pulled directly from the DBP's (Digital Banking Platform) digital banking APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) after the user enrolls in the product.
User Account Management: How can I update my payment method?
From the dashboard in Online or Mobile Banking, click on “See more” within the carousel component and navigate to the ‘Manage Account’ section in the left-hand menu bar. Click on ‘Edit plan’ and then ‘Change payment method’ to change which primary account the user wishes to pay from. If you only have one primary account, then you will not be able to change it at this time.
User Account Management: How do I cancel my Premium Plan subscription?
From the dashboard in Online or Mobile Banking, click on “See more” within the carousel component and navigate to the ‘Manage Account’ section in the left-hand menu bar and click on ‘Edit plan’ and then “Cancel Premium Plan”. Once you cancel, you will be downgraded back to the Basic (free) Plan at the end of your current subscription. On the next billing date, you will not be charged and downgraded back to the Basic (free) Plan. If you wish to fully opt out, go back to the ‘Manage Account’ section to fully unenroll from the services.
User Account Management: What happens when I cancel my Premium Plan subscription?
If you cancel your Premium Plan subscription, you will continue to have access to the Premium features until the end of the billing cycle. At the end of the billing cycle, you will be downgraded to the Basic (free) Plan.
User Account Management: What if I no longer wish to have the Basic (free) Plan?
You can unenroll from the My Account section. You can always re-enroll in afterwards.

2. Data Broker sites are sites that trade personal information for profit - names, addresses, phone numbers, social security numbers and more. As a result, consumers are at risk of identity theft, financial hacks, account takeovers, spam, robocalls, and physical threats including stalking, harassment and doxing. Please note that the list of Data Broker sites being scanned may change as we do not crawl all Data Broker sites.
3. Dark Web monitoring consists of searching for up to 3 Social Security numbers, 10 driver's licenses, up to 10 credit and debit cards, up to 20 bank accounts, 10 passports, up to 10 phone numbers, up to 10 email addresses, up to 10 physical addresses, and 10 medical IDs. We partner with Constella Intelligence who searches thousands of internet sites where it is suspected that consumer's personal information is being bought and sold. Constella Intelligence regularly reviews and adds new sites to search; however, there is no guarantee that Constella Intelligence will be able to locate and search every possible internet site as some sites are not published and frequently change. Dark Web monitoring may take several days to begin and may not occur during your {trial/Access} period.
4. Plus applicable taxes. $8.99 (plus applicable tax) will be debited from your account when you enroll, and then monthly until you cancel.
