Essential Duties
- Generate, negotiate, & coordinate the closing of mortgage loans, as well as consumer loans
- Expand lending services to current & prospective customers
- Promote bank products & drive business through real estate-focused development calls
Requirements
- 4-year degree in a business-related field preferred and/or equivalent work experience
- Strong communication & sales skills
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, self-motivated, personable, & customer service oriented
- Team player able to work collaboratively with others
