Essential Duties

  • Recruitment Activities: Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, & Onboarding
  • Benefit Administration
  • Staff Education Coordination
  • Administration of Timekeeping System

Requirements

  • Full-time (Monday-Friday)
  • Physical work location to be determined by Human Resources at time of offer
  • Bacherlor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • HR experience highly desired with exposure to recruitment, HRIS systems, benefits administration, payroll support, or equivalent related experience. Experience in a fast-paced or growth-oriented environment a plus.
  • Strong organizational, time management, & multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, & interpersonal communication abilities
