Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal U.S. residents, customers and non-customers who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry who have Internet access and a valid e-mail account prior to the beginning of the Contest Period. Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant. Employees of Peoples Bank, Peoples Bank Wealth Management Group, and Peoples Insurance or anyone residing in their immediate household are not eligible to win. One entry per person per prize. One winner per household throughout duration of the contest.

Contest Period
The Contest begins on November 27, 2023, and ends December 22, 2023.

How To Enter
Method of entry into the Contest: You can enter the Contest through the Sponsor Facebook or Instagram Page. Entrants comment and like on the giveaway picture to participate in the contest.
Winner Selection
All eligible entries received during the Submission Period will be gathered into a database at the end of the Submission Period. Winners will be selected via random drawing. The winner(s) will be announced on the Friday following the end of each prize period and instructions for prize will be sent via private Facebook or Instagram message. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her Facebook or Instagram account for prize notification and receipt or other communications related to this Contest. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by Administrator (or Sponsor) within 24 hours using the contact information provided at the time of entry, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize, and another winner selected.

Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner.
