Van Maanen Graduates from 2026 Rock Valley Leadership Institute

Kaitlyn Van Maanen has completed the Rock Valley Leadership Institute!
In this program, participants explored the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, learned about the community, went on tours of various local businesses, and helped build a healthy foundation for successful leadership! Their Rock Valley Leadership Project was planning and executing the Rock Valley Tour of Homes, which raised $12,079 for Rock Valley first responders!
Van Maanen said being part of the Leadership Institute was a great experience. "I especially enjoyed working with the other members to plan the Tour of Homes and getting the opportunity to visit and learn more about the incredible businesses in Rock Valley.”
Van Maanen is a Marketing Specialist at Peoples Bank in Rock Valley and has been with the bank for over five years.
