Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answer incoming calls
- Transfer calls to the appropriate department
- Greet & direct walk-in customers to the correct department within the bank in a friendly, professional manner
- Various administrative duties
This position is for Monday through Friday and 30-40 hours per week depending on the applicant. The ideal candidate is a team player who is personable, has strong communication skills, is organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, adaptable, and is customer service oriented.
