Text Banking Enrollment


1. Log into your Online Banking
2. Select Mobile Settings > Text Mobile Settings
3. Check Enable Text Access for your mobile device and Accept Peoples Bank Text Banking Terms & Conditions
4. Enter mobile phone number and select provider.
5. Select accounts you want information on, and create Mobile Short Names for each selected account. Click Submit.
6. Review enrollment information. Click Confirm.
7. You will receive an Enrollment Text on your mobile device which you must reply YES to confirm.

Bal Mobile Short Name = Balance for specified account
Hist = Last 4 transactions for all enrolled accounts
Hist Mobile Short Name = Last 4 transactions for specified account

Can I enroll for Text Banking from my mobile device?
No. Enrollment for Text Banking must be done within your Online Banking.

How do I get information for a specific account?
During the enrollment process, you designate a mobile short name for each enrolled account. This short name must be included in the text request to get account specific information.

How do I un-enroll in Text Banking?
Un-enrollment can be accomplished one of two ways. You can login to your online banking and de-select the enroll option, or you can text STOP to 89549.

Are text messages case-sensitive?
No.
