Customer Service Representative, Sioux City

Peoples Bank is seeking qualified candidates for a Customer Service Representative to be based out of our Sioux City location.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Demonstrating Excellent Customer Service
  • Processing Daily Transactions such as checking & savings deposits, withdrawals, payments, purchases, etc.
  • Customer Support with services such as online & mobile banking, bill pay, e-statements, etc.
  • Bilingual preferred but not required
 
This full-time position is five days a week (9:00 AM-6:00 PM) plus rotating Saturdays. The ideal candidate is a team player who is personable, organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, adaptable, and has strong communication and sales skills. 3-5 years of related experience required.
