Join our team! Peoples Bank Wealth Management Group, is seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Administrative Assistant.
 

 

Essential Duties

  • Provide administrative support to Trust Officers
  • Assist with client account reviews & account distributions
  • Daily communication with clients & vendors
  • Prepare a variety of forms such as IRAs, 401(k)s, pension plans, etc.

Requirements

  • Two-year degree in business-related field or 2-3 years of related experience
  • Strong communication skills - written, verbal, & electronic
  • Team player, organized, adaptable & detail-oriented
